Watch It Pay Off (W.I.P.O.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to empowering at-risk youth in Houston and surrounding areas. In the future, we aim to expand W.I.P.O. nationwide. Our focus is to:

Provide structured programs that deter negative influences.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for youth.
Foster personal growth through mentorship, academic support, and recreational activities.
Offer tools for success, including financial literacy, career preparation, and mental health resources.

Our Mission Statement

W.I.P.O. Youth Development is on a mission to uplift and inspire the next generation by instilling strong moral values and equipping youth ages 9-18 with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to build a bright and successful future. Through mentorship, education, and empowerment, we strive to ignite passion, purpose, and resilience in every young person we reach, ensuring they are prepared to overcome challenges and thrive in life.

Our Goals

Our goal is to empower and uplift at-risk youth by dedicating time, resources, incentives, and unwavering support.

By fostering a nurturing environment built on education, wellness, and mental health, we inspire children to strive for success in both school and life. Through mentorship, structured guidance, and holistic support, we offer three core programs:

- Mentorship Program (Mental Wellness)
- Physical Fitness Program
- Historic Preservation Program.

As we continue to grow, our vision is to establish a dedicated facility to serve as a hub for these transformative programs, providing a safe and supportive space for youth to learn, grow, and thrive.
